General Terms

Prices:

All prices are VAT included. They don't inlcude transport costs and possible discounts or promotions.

Invoicing

Every order will come with regular commercial invoice

Warranty

All items have a 2-year Warranty.

The valid date for warranty is that of invoicing. In order to benefit from the warranty you just need to contact our Customer Service.

Delivery costs

They are calculated according to the parcel weight and its destination, anyway the costs will be calculated and specified in the cart when filling the order.

Delivery is free of charge on the whole Italian territory.

Withdrawal Right:

Marconi allows withdrawal right as per the regulations in force. The utmost term to exercise this right is 10 days from delivery; within this term the customer is required to communicate it by registered letter to: Marconi Marco e Antonio, zona industriale F.lli Guzzini, Sambucheto, Recanati (MC) o fax +39 071-7576071.

Attention: you need to specify a bank or postal account data in the letter to receive your money back (ISBN number).

To exercise your withdrawal right:

1. express your will to exercise withdrawal right as described above
2. the purchased product must be intact and in the original package, with all its parts (documents and accessories included)
3. the product must be sent back no later than 10 days from delivery.

Delivery costs are at your charge. Once received it back we will examine the goods to check for any damage or lack not due to transport. If everything's ok we will credit the paid amount back on the bank account you gave us. The refund includes the cost of the product and the first delivery costs sostenute dal fornitore.
It will be paid within 30 days from the receiving of the goods. The only costs at your charge are those to return the product.

Goods return

In every case of goods return, transport costs are at your charge. In case of warranted faulty goods, return costs for the product change are at Marconi's charge.

Delivery places

Marconi delivers its products within the Italian territory, to the Republic of San Marino, and to Vatican City.

Carrier

Delivery will be carried out in the most appropriate way according to the delivery place.

Delivery terms

Marconi needs a day to gather and package the goods, and to prepare all the required documents. Delivery terms and time varies according to the carrier.

Forms of payment

You can choose between these two forms of payment:

• Bank Transfer

The goods will be sent only after having checked the credit on our bank account.

The reason for payment must include: the order number, the ordering person's name and surname. The transfer amount is credited on the recipient's account not before 3/5 working days.

If we don't receive any payment within 8/10 days from the order placement, your order will be cancelled.
